great to hear you're feeling better. I know that had to suck big time being sick all last week.

dude...I'm telling ya....everytime I walked past his room & sneaked a peak in there it looked like a bomb went off....I sh*t you not. freaking clothes everywhere but in the hamper where they're supposed to be.

oh well it's not my problem anymore....

LOL....yea, prolly looked like your room when you were a kid!!

Dropped 10 lbs this week!!!! Sucks. Ill gain it back quick though. Last night was the first night I ate a meal all week!! Felt great to finally have an appetite!!!!!

Finally. This was a rougher round with the Flu than Ive had in a while. I wish I had started heavy on the Garlic sooner.

Just tryin to relax a bit... busy day... didn't get a lot accomplished... blah!!

Hopefully tomorrows better... I need to drop my boots off and get them resoled for my trip.

Wonder how much weight I'll lose in Beijing....
