I think what you might have meant to say is, "You are a nerd," or contracting the verb and subject a bit, "You're a nerd." Otherwise I would assume that "a" belongs to me. Also if a nerd belonged to me, I would have him posting for me.

hey there good people of computerland.

i finally did what i knew for a very long time that i would do eventually. i started thinking about the ex. then i started thinking about her alot. then i started dwelling on it. and i couldn't get her out of my head. i couldn't function. i couldn't have a convo with anyone; my mind was just enthralled in thinking about her. so, i drank myself stupid. and it didn't help. i knew it wouldn't, but i guess i was hoping it would. i mean fellas, i polished off a case of 24 high life bottles by myself. and i never once stopped thinking about her.

stupid stupid stupid. i feel awful today, and i'm still thinking about her, so what did i accomplish? not a damn thing at all. lesson learned...i'll never do that again. i just got to be mentally tough and quit thinking about that little whore.

Ive been there myself Mandruga, the only advice I can offer is give it time, It always gets better with time.
