just when you think you know someone bam...it's like where did that come from.
i have a friend and we have been friends for only two years but really got along great. i am getting married in july so to show him respect i asked him to be one of my grooms men he accepted. great. a couple months later... yesterday i asked him if next weekend would be good to go get tuxes. he acted all surprised and offended that he had to spend money on renting a tux. if he was hurting for money i guess i could understand but he is not. but anyways i don't even want to invite him now. i took it as a pretty big slap in the face. i think this is the end of our friendship we will exchange pleasantries at work and that is it. now it's crunch time and i have to find someone else. any takers?....free food and booze!!! i was just thinking about it and had to vent

well, just a thought but maybe try talking to him straight up? real friends are hard to come by. sux loosing one over something so stupid. i usually find that just like relationships many times it's just a matter of mis-communication. even worse between friends as guys usually don't know how to talk to one another.

this is good advice thanks. i do have a problem with talking about feelings, i think actions speak louder than any words though. so when he grips about haveing to drop $60 to rent a tux for my wedding. i mean the meal that he will eat and the drinks that he will drink far out passes that
