I don't get to bed early enough for that. I'm usually up by 8 though, thanks to my damn dog.

i sleep exactly 8 hrs a day so i wake up 8 hrs after i fall asleep

This will, get you my bed time is never before 12:00, no joke!!! Usually, about 1:00 to 1:30. I guess my body has got used to it. It's been that way for the last 4-5 years.

I usually only get 4-5 hours of sleep. But, it's not a good thing, I really should be getting 8 hours.
