Kind of makes me wish that Davey Crockett were still alive.

It goes to show you that the questions facing our nation have not changed. Just as was mentioned in that passage $20,000,000 or $20,000...or in today's amounts $150,000,000,000

Sadly our nation's soul is long dead.

For Davey Crockett to have been such a seemingly simple man, he had good sense. I think Mr. X and I were driving down the highway in the car one day and talking about Biorenewable fuels and I said something to the effect, "Wouldn't common sense dictate....this or that." He said, "Yes, but sense isn't so common anymore."

Sense hasn't been common for a long time.
