How do i get an avatar - Anabolic Steroids

In my settings it doesnt give me the choice to choose one.
Is it something to do with not having enough posts?

the board admins have been working on getting all the glitches out...give it time.

if its a glitch wouldnt it effect everyone or just random people, because mine ok,
no problem up loading avatars
