Time to pick your brains again..

I've been going to school to get my CDL since January, supposed to finish up June 22nd.. Turns out that after talking to 98 trucking companies, not ONE has offered me a chance to work for them once I finish, due to either my felony that's 3 years old or a speeding ticket, that will be three years old come July. I've been praying hard to find a job, recently I switched that to, "God whatever it is you want me to do, just show me and I'll do it, I don't care what it is anymore I just need benefits NOW so I don't get really sick." I can't afford to wait anymore. Now once I finish this school in June I get hit with a $9000 bill. I met with the director of career services last wed. and she said if I called enough places on the list she gave me and still had no luck then we can get me out of the school and I won't have to pay anything. I have been commuting 350 miles each weekend and spending about 25 hours of my time over sat-sun going there since January, so while it may be nice to not worry about the bill I still have invested A LOT going down there. I don't know what to do, I don't want to finish up and have to pay $9000 back and STILL not have a job (I haven't had a job since last summer because no one will hire me I'm assuming due to my felony) but I don't want to think that maybe I should have stayed and finished because maybe one company somewhere out there would hire me. I also didn't even bother going today because I am such a mess over this.

First off I thought places that give you training would also have a job placement agreement with different companies. In this day and age having a felony is tough. Keep trying and be upfront and honest about your mistake. Maybe someone will be willing to give you a chance. If not, get out so you don't have that bill over your head. Good luck.

They do, all the big companies that "take anyone" right out of school have already turned me down.. I'm always very upfront and honest about the felony and I actually am starting to think maybe I shouldn't be...It's not getting me anywhere and it hasn't in the past 3 years.
