I picked up an antique humidor today. I at first thought it was a end table with a cabinet door, but it had a wooden carrying handle on top of it. You open the humidor cabinet door, and the inside is lined with copper. I also picked up an old Yachica 35mm G Range Finder camera today with a reflex lens. If this shop still has the antique analytical lab scales, I'll getting that one in a few weeks.

I try to collect very old books as well. The last book I got was actually more of a manual. It was an old Nazi manual of psychological warfare and another manual from the 40's of Chinese methods of brainwashing. I have some old books from England, but they are nowhere near originals of Saxon recordings like some original manuscript of Bishop Asser's records of King Alfred the Great, but I would give my right nut for that though.

I have many very old hebrew and greek (ack) lexicons.. some from the 1700s or earlier.

I'm currently looking for a Lexicon by Ben Saruk.... extremely old....

If the weather is good tomorrow I will try to take a picture. I haven't found a place to put the humidor yet, but I can take a pic of it on the deck.

BTW, Rat, if you ever end up in the midwest (Ohio area) you should let me know. We can sip on some very old scotch and light up some good cigars while grilling some steaks.
