i've got a weber with an attachment that serves as a tabletop, propane bottle holder, igniter, and charcoal holder. you just cut on the propane for about 5 minutes to get the coals cooking. and for indirect cooking, you can put the coals in two little metal baskets and push them to the sides of the grill. have a looksie.

this is the newer version, mine's about ten years old and red, of course. it's wonderful.
