Hit yourself on the head with a frying pan. However, I wouldn't advise it because you always wake up with a headache.

What kind of things have you tried bro ? I have it from time to time................I will go for months that way and then back for a year or two and then back to it again................seems the older I get, the easier it gets on me though, not as frequent. I thik it has a lot to do with my stress levels too.
