Well Gator's post placed a downer on this thread which started no doubt with the best of intent but damn it's just so true these days. You can't be too careful. It is somewhat scary.

My family does a lot of traveling.....mostly for church, charity, and such. My sister is actually spending 5 weeks in the middle east this summer volunteer teaching with refugees who can't go to school. I don't know how I feel about that but she's determined.

I stayed with a family in Holland and a family in Germany for a week each time as part of an exchange program, their was no screening of the family & they where mad!!!!!!! (german) nazi stuff in the basement, shouting at me and giving me very small portions of food. I had no contact with them before
(Holland) the parents had sex around twice a nite, wasnt that annoying, but I did some damage to my liver that week

I hate to say it but youre right. Not to down the thread anymore but MG is a dear friend of mine.

I think common sense and being a good judge of character help, I've met several friends from the computer and they've all been safe. Some are still very good friends. I'm not saying it's not possible because I know it is, but it doesn't have to be totally out of the question either.
