its coming good i updated my diet on my 16 week journey.. an the routine is good. im starting to hit the gym this week 6 times instead of 4.. and also i am doing some right arm right leg exercises to help with my cp. i believe that at the end of my journey ill see some good results.. everyweek im going to look for more and more things that i can do to increase my routine and diet. i believe no workout is good enough. i believe i need to add alittle of everything.. also im getting alburteral (liquid) i believe that will be a useful product aS long as my diet an cardio is straight.. how you been?? also i added pix to my 16 week thread. ive love 7 -10 pounds. i couldnt get up bigginer pictures but i did get pix 3 weeks into it. and ill still be updating as much as i can.. maybe in 8-10 weeks ill post up more pix.. what type of protien u on ??

Sounds good, just remember to allow enough time to recover.Out of my 7-8 meals a day and 400 gr. pro less than 100gr come from shakes, but I use optimum nutrition whey gold standard, I liked the double chocalate and recently switched to vanilla ice cream,yum.

You are not kidding. Next weekend though....labor day weekend and I plan to take advantage of it. My plan is to kick out the recliner and read books the entire weekend except for when I'm shooting off fireworks at night.
