Anyways, I have known guys come out of prison and the only thing they did was push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and dips. One look at them and you would have swore they were on the juice. THAT'S how cock diesel they were.

Well if I had to do one or the other I sure as hell don't want to be the bottom.

A buddy of mine went in at 18 and got out at 28. He's a pretty big fella. He said they would fill plastic trash bags with water and lift them when they didn't have weights. Its amazing how big you can get eating all those starches and processed meat.
