Yeah. We've got 1.5 acres which is, IMO, the perfect size. I'm glad I got talked out of 5 acres to be honest. 1.5 acres is enough work as it is. LOL!

that's my next purchase... a bobcat. we're on a decent size property and there's always a need for a small tractor or bobcat. I have a lawn tractor, but 25HP will only go so far.

I really want to get another bike, but I guess I'm getting more practical with age.
