Not bulking, just hungry, lol.
Having another wholemeal pitta with shaved ham and mayo and another milk

mixed together some lean Pork and some lean beef mince bout a lb combined. Preheated the wok with some Rice Bran oil, threw in some finely sliced lemon grass, chillis, garlic and when it started to release its aromas, in went the meat. Couple handfuls of string beans, some soy sauce, fish sauce and fried it up till almost done, then in went half cup of water, reduced to a simmer a couple drops sesame oil and it was done. Been eating that all day, just finishing now.
So now roasting some chicken for tomorrow and gonna broil some smoked cod and kipfler spuds, serve em up with garlic, olive oil and spinach leaves, for dinner later tonight

Oh yeah and lots of rice too, gotta luv that rice cooker Dont forget to wash the rice three times first to get rid of the starch otherwise you have a big gluggy mess
