Ok, so diet layout is along the lines of this
three cups oatmeal (cooked) two scoops protein powder 50Gs protein
juice of beetroot, carrot, apple
training, then PWO shake 30 Gs protein
2lbs of ground roo meat with brown rice and some veg spread over the day 270 Gs protein
Dinner is usually 4 fillets of whiting (or any decent fish) with a half a ton of salad/spinach 60 Gs protein
more roo meat if theres any left, otherwise its PB and pitta......
works out around 310 Gs protein, maybe a little more. Will have to try and bump it up another 50-100Gs per day when I go back on cycle.
