    Dl you eat Brussel sprouts. You couldnt pay me to eat them! But that cod sounds good.
    Just had 9 egg whites one whole and a cup of oats with tea spoon of sugar and raw sugar!
    I'd rather be riding my motorbike thinking about god than sitting in church thinking of my motorbike. Amen to that!

    Right this min, 12 oz summer squash, 8 oz hamburger cooked and drained.
    5 celery stalks, 16oz nacho chips, 1 cup of grapes.

    Then I think ill have a protein shake, a few licks of pussy, and some sleep.

    half pound of lean beef/lean pork mince, into the work...basically a damn meaty fried rice lol.
    Have a half dozen BBQ lamb ****s, fatty as hell (hey once in a blu moon doesnt hurt, lol) I'm gonna grill up for tonight.....$10 for 6 of em So when the weather clears up I'm gonna go shoot some rabbits methinks.....Dleato, you know any good recipes for coocking rabbits????

    Might give this a try when I get a couple bunnies

    1 lg. rabbit
    1 c. flour
    2 c. Crisco oil
    1/2 c. pitted prunes
    2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cooking or dry wine
    1/2 c. water
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut rabbit in pieces; roll in flour. Let stand 1 hour. Fry pieces in oil until nice and brown on both sides. Add salt and pepper. Place in a 10 inch square casserole. Mix prunes, onions, wine and water. Pour over rabbit. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour.

    Remove meat. Combine cornstarch and 1 cup water. Add to prunes and onion mixture. Cook over medium heat until gravy thickens. Add more water if gravy becomes too thick. Recipe note: This is an old Belgian dish.

    sounds alrite bro!!

    One way i love rabbit (most people wouldnt do this becuase the risk of drying the meat) but rubbed in olive oil and herbs, roasted over the BBQ..mmm lol

    Got alot of wild game recipes if you want any

    breast from a whole chicken (hot) on 2 whole meal sandwhiches with butter and tabulion the side...

    You ever try the Lebanese Pitta bread "Khobz"? Its 52 Gs of carbs and 12gs of protein per piece, and only about 1.2 gs of fat. Get it at any supermarket deli. Light the biggest gas burner on your stove and lay one on top, turn it every 5-10 seconds so it dont burn, just warm it thru.....man its the fucking best bro
    Roll up whatever you want in it.....I think your chicken Tabbhouli would be perfect for it, maybe some low fat yoghurt with garlic mixed in as a sauce.....yummo!
