Thought we could use a thread like this to share some ideas about food, whats good whats not and importantly so we can all get some tips about food prep etc etc .
Ok, so I'm about to dig into a Ham cheese tomato and mushroom omelette with rice and a side of cabbage.....gonna stink but I'm looking forward to it.
One tip I can share to make your food Tasty is.....get a half cup of fish sauce, throw in a couple cloves of ****ped garlic, the same of lemon grass, couple chilli and some ginger. Leave it to sit, keeps for ages. Take a SMALL amount, a teaspoon at the most, drizzle it over rice, pasta, veg, whatever your eating and it really gives it some taste. I can happily eat plain rice with this mixed thruSomething I picked up on my OS travels....and fish sauce tastes better than it smells, plus it even has a bit of protein in it. I dont use salt anymore, just this mix.
