300k dropped into maybe a franchise in the states, possible decent ROI but still you're shit out of luck if they go sour like Quiznos. I was reading the economic review the other day and like 20%+ of Qz operators went bust, imagine after putting your hard earned cash in , you go sour.

Real Estate would be a good bet.....to a degree. I'm not overly familiar with the US rental market atm, though subdivision is the best way to make a lot of money fast. Having said that, I think the US economy is about to go arse up in a big way when Greece, Italy, Spain and Portugal default. Your looking at another "GFC" in Europe and the states within the next 12 months I think.
So bearing that in mind, I would advise one of two options. Either open a Pawn shop, cause there are going to be a LOT of peeps wanting fast cash shortly, OR hire some muscle and put it out on the street. Always a good way to make some money, the old loan sharking business.

The way the housing market is here today... I was thinking rental properties would be in the mix. People are loosing thier houses... gotta live somewhere... There is plenty of money to be made in the US, but ya gotta have some know-how and LUCK.

But McDonalds are always busy. Buy you a franchise or two of McDonalds and watch the money come to you.

Its something similar to open a Harley Dealership as well, not quite so much but still waaaay high, lol.

Same here. When you go for the big names like McD's it's a million in. Subways aren't so bad but the money in isn't anywhere near as good as the bellies of the common American can tell you....

What are you looking at doing?

Do you have a plan?

Why spend your money when others will loan you esp when you have cap to back?

I used to audit and start/ run small companies so feel free to ask me but really X money doesn't help with out a plan.

I would look into housing or franchise! But honestly with 300k bro I would of already invested in a couple of businesses, in the USA a good idea and drive can get you really far! Smh I need to get on the ball and follow my own advice! Lol hahaha gl either way man
