Alrighty. I know I was supposed to post this in the training section but it's clear nobody checks it so please allow me to ask this simple question here.
I don't know how it's called in English but I think it's upright bike or stationary bike. I bought myself one so I could do some cardio at home immediately after I wake up.
I do it for exactly 60 mins everyday, but because ot the way the upright bike is constructed my back is arched a little less than that for most of the period.
Now I wouldn't care if not for the pain it's causing me. I don't know if it's weak muscles or back bone strain or whatever but it's a bad feeling and lasts for at least 3-4 hours after the cardio sometimes more. Any ideas what's the problem is it my posture or is that I'm not used to this posture yet ? Thanks.
