yes it changed a bit, I re-themed the site because users had problems with finding PMs usercp /search etc. It's now a lot more like the old site. If you guys have further issues let me know here.

You can post blogs right now, articles are a mistake that's going to be removed.

If you go to your profile and click view blog on left you'll see it, example:
