i use four different types of protein all in one mix. of course im not allowed to post the site of where i got this from bc ive already been *****ed at about it before but let me just tell you its the best tasting protein shake ive ever had and it was extremely cheap for the 20 pounds of powder i got. it has Micellar Casein, milk isolate, ion exchange whey protein, and egg protein. now i hought this would taste bad bc of the egg and was just gonna bear the taste but i drink five a day bc i need to lol but also bc they are so good. and best of all they dont give me the shits lmao. one cup of powder is my normal scoop i put in and it equals 55g of protein and only 3g of carbs. i gotta say its prolly the best deal ive ever seen on prtein powder so far. of course im on a lean body diet and weight plan right now. so anyway hope you find the type of protein your lookin for man. -coachj

isolate is the best form of whey protein
BV of 154, concentrate is 100
also isolate has 0 lactose so either if your intolerant, OR you find a concentrate makes you bloated its probably the lactose.
