When bulking I work out 4-5 times a week and when dieting I work out 5-6 times a week with cardio every day for at least 30min

Workout 5-6 times a week when i geared up and cardio 6days a week for 30-45mins/day, but I haven't taken a cycle in almost 2 years now so i'm ready to explode waitin on this one.

No more than 3 days/week on cycle. No cardio . Will have to change that this fall, start doing cardio, first contest in November.

Off gear-once per week split,usually spread out over 4 days.
On-Twice per week 3 day split,with one day off in between each split.

Basically depends on how busy my week is. My splits change, but most often use chest/bi, back, shoulder/tri, legs.

decrease rest intervals and try to get at least one body part in twice a week when cutting also.

so when I bulk 4-5 days a week are the norm. Sometimes 6.If I feel good and there is a body part that feels like it can be tortured,I go in!
