Bulking cycle, what kind of carbs and when? - Anabolic Steroids

Topic says it all.

Just wondering what kind of carbs (high / low gi) and when during the day to eat them on a bulking cycle. I'll be using the calorie cycling routine in Mr. X's bulking up basics part 2 article.

i'd eat clean carbs all the time except after training where you want high gi carbs, ie. dextrose...

Clean carbs... what are those? Examples?

Also, I usually workout at about 5 PM, I should probably mention that.

clean carbs, i mean low gi carbs...oatmeal, brown rice, yams, etc...

is from powder.So I use a mix of cytomax and maltodextrin powder.That is the bulk of my carbs and I try to get 600 Grams a day and about 400 Grams protein.Calories at about 4000-4500.Of course when I eat a "real food" meal>>that hardly never happens<
