Fat Fast Diet question - Anabolic Steroids

Guys....is there any negative effects if this diet is done with the supplements listed only without the aids?...The diet looks terrific and sounds like it is the "100% lose fat fast diet".

I wouldnt even think about trying it without the "aids" to help preserve lean tissue because as Mr.X stated its very catabolic....and I personally just dont like the word fast when it comes to food ...unless its a bucket of KFC LOL

the aids?? u talking about the fina, anavar, winny, T3??? YOU NEED THEM ALL

this diet is CATABOLIC! if you don't have them you will have HORRIBLE results... you'll lose alot of muscle mass, lower your metabolism, etc. etc....

you need every single thing in FF to do it correclty or just don't do it..

AND IT'S TOUGH!

yeah. If you don't use all the aides X wrote down, don't do this. Without the aides your metabolism will slow and you'll lose muscle. No way around it.
