Mr X, I was wondering if it would be possible to do the following successfully: Use 5iu slin postworkout on MWF, then Sat use humalog (10iu/3X) for a carb up? Thanks and God bless.

you could...but I would stick to the plan b/c it doesn't contain a carb-up per-se....

give it a shot, I don't see why it can't work
