Fat-Fast without "magic aids"

Hello all,

I did the fat-fast diet for two weeks without any problems... Then the third week, I hit a wall. I have no more energy to train... I'm at the point where I wake up in the morning and just wish I could go back to bed again. All I think about is sleeping. I used to train 4-5 times a week and now I'm down to 2-3 training a week with 1 or 2 30 min cardio sessions.

I do take all dietary supplements suggested by Mr. X: vitamins C, E, calcium, magnesium, 25 g creatine, glutamine, ECA, etc.


Mr. X also recommends taking: Finaplix ED, Anavar ED, Winstrol ED, Armidex ED.

I'm not interested in taking these substances but I have been considering T-3.


I strongly suspect that my constant sleepiness is due to low T-3 levels. My body has shifted in hibernation just like a bear would do. The ECA stack has no more effect on me.

Would taking Cytomel help me get back to a normal lifestyle and still continue loosing fat? I'm kind of scared of taking this stuff because of all the bad articles I've been reading.

I'm wondering if a once a in my life 6 week cycle can be that bad?

DUDE you can't do that diet without ALL of the supps listed..... if you don't have them your way better off doing a CKD diet...

you have to have t3 as well as the AAS to maintain muscle mass......this diet is CATABOLIC.... even just adding t3 will add to catbolism and you'll shrivel up...
