New guy here with a fat loss question...

Hi, I'm new here...goto say it looks like a pretty informative place. My question is basically a diet question, but if this is like every other board I've seen it will get more answers here.

I'm currently following a keto diet in which I'm getting BMR calories. I have taken a liking to cardio (yeah, I'm weird), so I do 45 min.-1 hour when I wake up and another 45 min.-1 hour post workout. That's why I haven't cut my calories below BMR because I figure that I'm burning more than enough calories through cardio. When I was doing this and following a 50/30/10 type of diet my weight started dropping really fast, but since I've started keto it seems like the scale is stuck, but it also seems like I'm getting leaner still. Could this just be from subcuetaneous water loss since I've cut out all carbs or is it possible that I'm actually gaining muscle and losing fat on this diet? I'm not really complaining, but I am wondering what's going on with me. BTW, I'm not on any anabolics, just NO2 (yeah, I'm one of the dummies they got with that....just wanting to finish my 3 month old bottle off), Xenadrine EFX, and Liquid Clenbutrex.

this is just a comment if your looking leaner and seem to be holding your size thats all that matters....Ive learned here recently to stay away from the scale as they will drive you nuts just go by the mirror my man.

check out mr.x's articles on dieting.. CKD or TKD would be WAY better for you........probably mostly in regards to maintaining more muscle mass, hence keeping metabolism high..

finally..stay away from the mirror and stick with the measuring tape..other people will notice changes and improvments before you do..your body has a natural predisposed ability to add and hold 25-40 lbs of lean muscle mass (natural) depending on bone structure, height, and genetics..nothing burns fat faster or calories for that matter than lean muscle..lots of bros mistake water and fat for size..

Stk is right go with the tape.... My weight goes up sometimes when I lean out.... Don't use those damn body fat contraption, you will get ten different reading, unless you want to spend a big buck.... I don't even like the big ones at the gym..... When I press regular I get one reading , athletic another 5% lower.... As your girl, trust me when people start paying you compliments you know its working..... After a few more weeks if you want cut out salt and drain that water.... I love doing that cause all of a sudden you look 10x more cut and I helps the modivation

Last night when I weighed, I was down to 279 (a couple pounds lighter), but I was noticably leaner and more vascular. I based my diet program off of Mr. X's CKD program actually, but I like to keep my cardio up a little more so Iam taking in more calories to balance it all out. I had my carb up today and it really made me sluggish....I think I might have overdone the carbs today. Anyway, everything is rolling good now, and I am really trying hard not to pay much attention to the scale.

I am kinda in the same boat. I have been following a diet basically under 20 grams of carbs per day. I am also stuck. It has been 20 days since the scale has budged also and I feel like I have hit a plateau. My main goal is to drop BF and I haven't done any carb ups because I am feeling like that will just take away 1-3 days of Fat loss. My pants really don't feel any looser and I have also been increasing my cardio too on an empty stomach 1st thing. Maybe I need a carb up day to shock my system. I bought some Glucorell for the carb up days so maybe I'll give it a shot. I am a little discouraged right now. maybe my thyroid is low but I have been taking Guggulsterones to help this naturally. I am also using an E/C/A/ stack with Yohimbe added. Where do I go from here. My next step is an IV of DNP/Clen/Cytomel LOL
