Caloric cycling keeps the metabolism running while achieving high dietary goals and keeping insulin sensitivity high.

I would suggest Bulking up first b/c your bf could not be that high at that weight.

so is it really a use to calorie cycle every day.. or would bw x 11 for 6 days then do a carb up day with like, bw x 15 be fine... my goal is to lose some lbs
