Default Cardio Question...

Hey, im trying to drop a few lbs and drop my BF%, i was wondering when the best time to do cardio would be.. From what ive read i came to the conclusion that i should do 45 minutes- 1 hour of low intensity cardio in the mourning on an empty stomach.. then wait an hour before i eat anything.. this this correct? im currently doing this 4 times a week.. think that is enough? or should i up my cardio.. any input????? Thanx in advance.. also.. what type of meal should i consume for my breakfast after a cardio session..

Default I would up the cardio...

to 5 days a week. For me, the best time to do cardio is right after training. Then, I have my post training shake.

If you have time to hit the gym 2 times a day then I would do it early morning before you eat breakfast. Then have a balanced breakfast, oatmeal and egg whites ect. If not then I would do directly after training like kraut says, Take care.

Alight, the as long as i know im doing it right lol, so i should keep it Am Cardio, low intensity and for about 45 minutes - 1 hour in length right?
