Question about Flax SEEDS

Okay.. i hear that flax seed oil is good to be taking as some of your EFA's, but what about if you take the seeds and grind them down in a blender, then eat them with some of your meals.. how many tablespoons of seed would be = to a table spoon of oil.. get what im saying?

But, I haven't a clue what to tell ya. Do me a fav, buy the oil and just add a tbsp to protein shakes. Much easier to dose!

Usually, different seeds are concentrated differently, I would measure gram for gram, so 13grams of the seeds is about 1tbsp. of the flaxseed oil.

Actually, I hate the taste of the seeds and the oil, so I would say your idea is viable only if you can stand the taste. If so, then go ahead add it to anything you wish.
