Very IMP Question About the CKD Diet..

I was reading Mr.X's article.. and with such a high fat % and low protein %.. what are the sources that people get their fat from? like.. do you guys that follow this diet just drink oil all day or what? can ya give me some examples of meals that you guys would eat to get such a high fat/low protein ratio.. please and thanx..

sources of fat:
from meats
from oils: MCT oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, sesamese seed oil, canola oil, etc.
butters and such are good too

hell, i wouldn't beable to drink that much oil lol :P like a cup of oil a day! CRAAZY lol

Incorporate it w/ meals...example: cook 6oz. of steak on 3tbsp. of olive oil or canola..this way you get the fat in there.

Yeah.. i guess so.. after my current diet/workout plan i might give it a shot.. we'll have to see, i'll research it more thanx Mr.X.. Your great lol

I was wondering.. is mayo an okay source of fat on a CKD diet?

bump.. also, on CKD diets, is it okay to eat nuts sometimes? like peanutes.. they got carbs in them and what about cottage cheese? the brand i got says it has 1g fat/5g carb/12g protein per 100g serving.. can i still eat this on CKD?
