Fat after Post workout meals

Since I work from 3-11pm I workout before, have my post shake at like 2:45 then my meal at 4:15..... I have always incorperated when cutting stay away from the flax after 2high carb meal.......I have alway keep the pro and fat together and the pro and carb......I need more fat and X suggested 2 servings of MTC oil in my diet after my post workout meals.....What is the difference between MCT and flax......Is what I have been doing not the way.....I just stay away from the fat after my workout, but now reading some new posts from STK and X I feel I need more....Any oppinions?????????????????Don't want the loss to stop it has been a couple summer since I saw the abs.......

I normally consume most of my dietary fat well away from carbs. I get it with flax oil in my protein shake and with fatty fish like salmon. I normally won't have fat and carbs within 3 hours of each other. The 2 really don't mix in my opinion.
