I know of people getting ***** tits cuz of too much test, does the fat always go to the chest? Or can it go other places also like legs, arms, face?

but alot of it might just be extra water retention. The face can hold extra water making your face look puffy. Love handles and lower back can be a part of estrogenic fat deposits for men, but the most common for women are the triceps, hips, and thighs. Some women will hold extra fat in the lower back too, so it will depend on your genetic pre-disposition. Typically for men the estrogenic sides of test are nipples, hair, acne (especially on the back), and puffiness of face, lower back, and love handles with extra water and fat if your diet isn't in check. That is what I see most of when people aren't doing it right or doing too much test...yadayadayada.

..Fatty man boobs from water retention is one thing, but ***** tits(gynecomastia) is actual breast tissue growth. Milk production system is stimulated and hard cyst like tissue is formed.
If your boys are getting real gyno it ain't fat they're depositing its permanent tissue. Get them on some Letro or Arimidex for aromatization and have them start taking Novladex 40mg per day for a week or 2 to try to lessen the damage.
