Sugar in sauces

i'm sick of eating chicken breasts with just black pepper so if i use bbq sauce or some other sauce with around 5 g sugar for each chicken breast, will it make me fat

Try and crumble some low fat Feta cheese or other very Strong cheeses on Breasts(chicken not yours ) Little or no carb impact 3-6grams of Fat(not bad) and great change

Try some "franks red hot" makes them taste like chicken wings and the only bad stuff is the sodium level.
