Curious as to how many lbs.of dextrose to order? And how many grams are in a scoop or serving?

1/3 cup(80grams) = 75gr Carbs
I use a 3/1 ration 75g Dex & 30g Whey
If you used similar ration 10lbs yeilds roughly 50-Servings.
You can do the rest of the math, I/ve got a head cramp now

i ordered that much to get the free shipping cause i think shipping would be expensive with the weight

...Make sure its high and dry or it will rot and clump. It is food after all, very succeptable to moisture. Might even freeze a few bags if you can afford the freezer space. Other wise sell off some lbs to your boys.
