I have been following basically a CKD diet but only have done a few carb-up's. Because after my carb-up it took me over 1 week to get back into ketosis and I primarily want to drop BF and don't mind loseing a little muscle if I have to. The fat is just not coming off like it should so I am now considering trying your TKD diet with the dextrose before workout. Now when you say take the carbs 30 min before workout should I take them right before I hit cardio?
I can only lift in the morning and go to the gym once a day. So I have been incorporating cardio first and then training a particular bodypart. What do you think? I also read that you say Vanadyl can get you out of ketosis. What about Chromium Picolonate? I know it is basically a worthless supplement but I thought it might be good on a keto type diet. ps I have been trying to send you an email but screwed up your addy so I sent it to Killdevil |

you should add R-ala to the carb up and I primarily want to drop BF and don't mind loseing a little muscle if I have to. I am kinda liking the carb/pro cycling diet you suggested x I feel better than I did on lo-carb(under 20 carbs)too early to tell about weight loss i'll know next week.

Try 1.5IUs every 2 hours, start at 4pm and do 1 at 4, one at 6, and 1 at 8, make sure you monitor your blood sugar (don't let it drop below 55).
Wait for 3hrs after the last shot and then you can go to bed. Mr.X Yeah I figured that. Not one of my goals right now. Thanks for the suggestion but I still think insulin is a bit to dangerous to mess with. So for now I am gonna rule it out but good to know in the future. THX Did you get my email? Let me know what you want to do with the info I provided. |
