Mr.X which diet is faster at melting off the FAT Tkd or CKD?

I have been following basically a CKD diet but only have done a few carb-up's. Because after my carb-up it took me over 1 week to get back into ketosis and I primarily want to drop BF and don't mind loseing a little muscle if I have to. The fat is just not coming off like it should so I am now considering trying your TKD diet with the dextrose before workout. Now when you say take the carbs 30 min before workout should I take them right before I hit cardio?

I can only lift in the morning and go to the gym once a day. So I have been incorporating cardio first and then training a particular bodypart. What do you think?

I also read that you say Vanadyl can get you out of ketosis. What about Chromium Picolonate? I know it is basically a worthless supplement but I thought it might be good on a keto type diet.

you should add R-ala to the carb up

actually, it gets you into ketosis - but has been proven to be quiet useless and outdated...R-ala is the future

I am kinda liking the carb/pro cycling diet you suggested x I feel better than I did on lo-carb(under 20 carbs)too early to tell about weight loss i'll know next week.

I have been using R ALA only during my carb ups. It still took me over 1 week to get back into ketosis. Anyway in your artice on CKD it states that Vanadyl interupts ketosis by affecting liver glycogen. But I always thought Vanadyl could help you get into ketosis faster (Dan Duchaine suggests in Bodyopus) I am also taking R ala after the carb up only until I get back into ketosis then I stop using it because I am consuming very little carbs. If I choose to try the TKD diet should I include the R-ala with my preworkout Dextrose and maybee some Creatine also?

I am again just trying to drop BF so I don't mind a little muscle loss so I have only been doing a carb-up once every 3 weeks or so because it takes me so long to get back into ketosis afterwards (1 week or so) and I see it as 1 week loss of potential BF loss.

How much should I use? I never really considered insulin before. Are you implying to use it only to get back into ketosis or during low carb days also?

Try 1.5IUs every 2 hours, start at 4pm and do 1 at 4, one at 6, and 1 at 8, make sure you monitor your blood sugar (don't let it drop below 55).

Wait for 3hrs after the last shot and then you can go to bed.

P.S. just use it to get back into ketosis, if you use it on no carb days you might kill yourself

Yeah I figured that. Not one of my goals right now. Thanks for the suggestion but I still think insulin is a bit to dangerous to mess with. So for now I am gonna rule it out but good to know in the future. THX
