Alright fella's i'm down to 203 and having some trouble with those last 10 pounds or so. I was on the keto diet...I definately saw results but i felt weak and my muscles were flat...so i'm trying a different technique that will hopefully put on some mass as well as low some bodyfat. Alright here's my diet on mon, tues, friday i take in low carb ranging from 150-200 and take in around 300 grams of protein. weds, sat i take in moderate carbs ranging from 200-250 and take in around 275 grams of protein. And on thurs, and sunday i take in high carbs 300-350 and 250 grams of protein. Here's my diet from the past monday:
Meal 1: 1/2 serving of frosted mini wheats 8 egg whites 2 tbsp of peanut butter Multi Vitamin Green Tea 2 caps of flaxseed oil Stacker 2 (take all these pills with 1,3,and 6 meals) Meal 2: Milk and Egg Protein Shake (48 grams of protein) Meal 3: Chicken Breast 1/2 cup of brown rice Handfull of baby carrots Meal 4: 1 cup of cottage cheese 4 egg whites Meal 5: Milk and Egg Protein Shake Meal 6: 2 cans of tuna 1/2 cup of brown rice 1/2 cup of cottage cheese Meal 7: 1/2 serving of milk and egg protein shake The totals for this day came in at 315 protein, 171 carbs, 2360 calories, and 30 grams of fat. What do you guys think of this diet. On moderate and high carb days i usually up the intake on the brown rice and frosted mini wheat. If you think i should take or add anything let me know! i say you stick with the keto diet but follow it to the T and remember the carb up days. sorry but IMO it is impossible to lose fat and gain muscle. stick with the fatloss then once you do lose those extra 10, bulk away!

Check out the TKD diet. Which allows about 40 grams of dextrose right before workout and no carb-up days. It might help. I would also add a High Quality Whey Protein Shake in your diet.
