Impossible - Anabolic Steroids

Does anyone have any advice for getting rid of the fat on the lower half of the stomach. My upper four abs are defined, but the bottom of my stomach and the bottoms of my obliques are just flab. Any advice?

well other than diet and cardio.... the two biggest parts.... ive heard Yohimburn is good at getting those stubborn deposits of fat to burn.

If id a known it was gonna be this kind a party, id a dipped my balls in the mash potatoes...
