What is the best GLA choice
I see a lot of different GLA that is mixed with different things. What is the best GLA to purchase and the name brand. I read where it says you need 6g at night before bed. Is that right?? Seems like a lot.

What GLA are you purchasing? It seems that the borage oil (240mg) is the average out there. I believe the dose is 240, not 100%
