for the eca stack what is the mg of each you should take. and how often should you take it. thanks bros

I believe the ratio is a 10-1-1 ratio of Caffeine to Ephedrine to aspirin. If you buy something like the old Xenadrine or Hydroxycut all those ratios are figured out correctly.

In general best is 2-3 times a day not to be taken in the evening so you can sleep. Alot of people just take it 30-45 minutes before morning cardio on an empty stomach.
