Just wondering guys about the CKD diet. I once read from somebody's post that they reported losing a % of body fat each week. Thats amazing. Mr. X...your comments? And other? Thanks guys for the help in the matter.

Just wondering if it works fast without losing alot of muscle. I hear that it works very fast. Mr. X?

I did it for 8 weeks to a "T" and lost right at about 8%. I didn't lose much muscle but I was running winny and tren with it. I'm sure that helped just a little...
