anyone use the GF Rotisserie.i use his grill for my burgers but chicken does'nt come out good on it.i thought that the rotisserie would be good for the chicken.anyone use this?

I have had chicken on both the grill and the rotissere... I found when cooked on the grill you can keep a lot of the moisture and reduce more of the fat. I found the rotissere tends to be a more oily out come.... as the fats that come out they run over the chicken as it turns and quite a bit has to accumulate in order for it to drop off

I can give you a good recipe for keeping the fat low and taste/moisture high for the grill... for me its the only way I will go with it.

thanx for the info.i'm not too worried about the fat however because i use Purdue bonless/skinless chicken breasts that have almost no fat anyway.i do think that they will come out good on the rotissiere.thanx again

yea im sure my landlord would love to see me draging a propane grill up to my third floor appt. That would go almost as well as the treadmill...lmao

i agree also.nothing tastes better than outdoor grilling.but i live in new england,i can't cook outside year round.

Get one of the one that you can use when you go camping they are very small and use a small propane tank that is only about 16.5oz (lasts about 2 weeks with every night cooking). The grill itself is about 18in L x 12-14in W (estimating without the tape measure).... made by Thermos
