R-ALA With Low Gi Meals?

Do you need R-ALA even with low gi meals like oatmeal and beans or not since it woln't spike insulin? Thanks

I wouldn't do it, just not a good thing to mix low-gi/rala. Might get your bloodsugar too low, some can hit close to hypoglycemic coma if too much Rala is taken.

..w/200mg rALA and only about 20g HiGi & 30gLow.
I actually got light headed and lethargic and didn't "balance out" until I started sipping my PW shake. Guess the combo of 20repSquats and rALA put me into slight hypoglycemia? Late luch before gym.

X, if I take 200mg rALA w/80g Hi GI PW-shake,
should I take it again in an hour with Last Carb meal of the day?

Ive done it too, not pleasant. it seems like i am able to tolerate it better now, even with low GI carbs. strange. maybe my body has become accustomed? dont know, but there for a while id take it with some oatmeal, or whole wheat bread as my only carbs and would almost pass out, with just 100mg of r-ala! id have to eat some fruit or other sugar to come out of the shaky weak feeling.... but now i can take it no problem.....weird.-DOC

I used to take (while I was in ketosis) 400mg of r-ala with water before 45 minues of cardio. I used to get really zoned out and tired towards the end of training but it did produce results

really??Is that recommended??If it is effective i would like to try taking r-ala before cardio.I just want to know if it would be an added benefit to fat-burning

i would just be careful that your blood sugar doesnt get too low. you could get a liitle dizzy while on the tread or what ever you use.
