Default Starting a MKD with Glucorell...Mr.X please advise!

I have had a lot of success with the CKD but I am kinda burned out on it. So I want to try a MKD.. I am shaky on the insulin use because I havent tried slin before.... a few questions please

1. OK I am in ketosis now. I was wondering if the r-ala will work on this. What if I used around 400 mg of r-ala with each of the protein shake/creatine/glutamine cocktail instead of the insulin. Would it work somewhat? What do you think?

2. If the r-ala works for the MKD- then what about timing? I am thinking that pills take longer to take effect than the slin so what would the timing be like? Should I take the pills before or during the shake?

3. What about the training. I am training about 5 days a week. Should I time the protein and the r-ala around training. What about keto foods during the day then the protein shake+r-ala before or after training? I could move training right after waking up if I have to.

NOt sure how you plan to control it, it's hard to control. I think it would somewhat work

I would not do r-ala around training, for training will lower blood sugar already thus adding r-ala to the mix is not a good idea.

Thanks for your reply Mr. X

Here is my plan

6 am Wake and Train for 45 minutes (each day a different bodypart) ex: Tuesday Chest 15 sets of around 10-12 reps a set

6:45 am (right after training) 60 grams protein, 500 mg of r-ala+ 5 grams glutamine, 10 grams creatine

8:15 am 20 grams protein

9:45 5 eggs plus 4 oz of swiss cheese (yes a big meal b/c I should be really hungry then)

rest of the day back on regular keto eating, meat, steak eggs etc...

This is my plan. What do you think? I will do it and report the results. I have taken 500 mg of r-ala at once before and I tolerated it OK. Thanks

Also the Whey protein I am using has 2 carbs per 25 grams of protein but I figure it will work fine but if it has to be a ZERO carb protein I will buy it..

...however I think that 500mg rALA with No Carbs PW is gonna put you in shock Bro.
You are already lowering insulin levels by training, add to that the shuttling effect of rALA and a lack of simple Carbs in the PW shake,
