of a part does gear play in an overall bulking or cutting cycle in comparison to diet, workout frequency, etc? Would you place more importance in the diet and training as it pertains to bulking or cutting, or is the gear a bigger part of the equation? In other words, is the type of gear one uses for a bulking or cutting cycle secondary to the diet and goals? I have seen so many different types of cycle combos to bulk and cut, and a lot of times the gear used in a bulk cycle is sometimes the gear recommended in a cutting cycle; so my conclusion is the gear is only an aid to reach the desired effect, and the diet and workout regiment is what truly counts. Thoughts?

I'd agree with ya.
matter of fact, I feel like I use gear just because I am not able to tame myself enough to follow proper diet. - I am not a vet bb.
those who reach a plateau after doing proper diet and excersize may require gear to grow more.

- or course this will be a big long thread of opninions.. but me personally, I use gear cause I'm lazy, and in a hurry.

Plateau indeed. After 5 years of lifting, eating, albeit maybe not correctly, it took 8 weeks of HRT to grow faster than I ever had in those 5 years without the gear. I'm wondering at what point and how long one hits the plateua do they start realizing they aren't growing or going to grow without some help.
