Default Diet on Weekends

I work out Mon.-Fri. and take the weekend off (except for a little shadowboxing to keep me flexible) but I feel I am compromising my diet. I dont wake up until at least 12:00 on the weekend (sleep is my illegitimate best friend). Thing is, during the week, by 12:00 I have already consumed around 1500-2000 cals. Do any of you guys eat less on weekends or non workout days??

I find that I eat alot more Milkbones since I've switched over to the BQ flavor.

I'm just not reaching my calorie goals, any suggestions? Super cal protein shake mixes perhaps?

Default easy ways to get extra cals

just add caloric dense foods to your shakes, i.e. ice cream and peanut butter and bananas etc... to your prot shakes.

Have a big steak and 2 sweet potatos for the next meal.

If you have trouble getting enough total meals on the weekends, make the ones you do eat very high cal.

Nah, I gain LBM well, its just the being awake for only 12 hours thing that makes it difficult to cram in cals, but Rj hit the nail on the head.

I sleep a lot myself. It seems the more sleep I get, the less hungry I am in the morning. - it's hard to get that first meal down.
If I slam down a shake at bedtime, I'll wake up hungry about 5 hours later - even though I'm still tired.
So, I just force myself to get up chug another shake and get back to sleep.

it's tough, but if I don't do it, I won't be hungry for hours after I get up.
