Hey guys, just wondering what type of experience that you all have had with any of the Atkins line of food products? Will it kick you out of ketosis? Any more help or suggestions are greatly appreciated...

no if any thing it should keep you in it is low carb we have a store here that deals in just low carb foods it is grate to have such a good store in the same town as me if any one would like to have any info just e-mail me at
