Injury Question for Mr.X

As a child I experience a serious injury to my right arm that pretty much left it in bad shape. Because of this injury I am unable to fully extend my right arm. To give you and idea of the two bones that were effected they are the humerus and ulna pretty much the elbow area. Because of this it's almost impossible for me to get much size in the tricep area, bicep is fine. Any thoughts

Have you though of surgery on the area? if so, what were the outcomes of the doctors' consultations?

I have gone to a couple of doctors concerning possible surgery, but they all said because of my age and the bones being sent in that position so long that it would be more trouble than what it's worth. What happen is that I had a normal fracture, but when operated on as a child they allowed an intern to perform the operation as I was told. The bones didn't set right, and they had to reset my arm not once but twice. For some reason it just didn't set, so my parents inform them not to do another surgery. It kind of piss me off when my parents told me this, because they didn't have to live the rest of there lives like this, but it could have been worse. I could have lost my arm. What's incredible is that even with my arm not being set correctly I'm still able to bench over 400 lbs and perform hammer curls with 120 dumbbells. Never quit I always say.

Damm bro! If you're doing a 400lb bench, you must have some decent size on your tris? How big are your arms? 120lb dumbell hammer curls? Holy sheot!

LOL! there not big enough 23's. Whale at least one is. LOL! One day I will find the answer for making both of them even size.

Bro, if you're benching 400, your arms surely must be somewhat proportionate in size? Seems you have somewhat good range of movement and perhaps some close grip bench presses will add some decent size since you are already very competent in the bench maneuver and mechanics. I still can't get over the 120lb db hammer curls. That's very impressive indeed!

Put it this way my friend who is a trainer, every time he see's me he wants to break my arm over again (lol) to make it straighten out and to put some size on it. I have gotten use to not raising the bar totally with my left arm, but keeping it even with my right arm since the right one doesn't completely straighten out. I think I have tried every exercise know for the tricep seems like it (lol), but I have notice one that I made up that's actually working. I call it (Waste Line Wrist Cable Kickback). With this exercise I would place an adjustable cable waste line and perform kickbacks, but only with my wrist with my arm staying in a slightly angle lock position. Actually if you try it now you can feel what tricep area it works. NOTE: "No cable attachments is place on the cable. Only using the ball like piece to perform this exercise". Maybe this exercise was performed before, but I never seen it done before who knows.

First, I just want to point out that I'm impressed highly with your work eithic. Second, when you mention your age, give me a little run down: how old are you really? Doesn't seem like a big problem if you're between 20-50, of course I'm not a doctor so I might be wrong.

37 years old. People don't believe I'm 37 they always think that I'm 27 our younger (lol) that's a good thing I guess except when getting ID (LOL). Pretty much can pack on mass pretty easy right now my weight is 240 with about 10 percent body fat working on that 10 as we speak. Had never tried gear before, but thinking about it for my arm if there is something for spot injections. Think that I would push the 300 mark if I decide one day. Doing a lot of reading for now though.
