what a joke! have u seen tonight. she says that she exercises 20 min per week in slow motion and that is better than 5X per week heavy lifting. what a BS!
i am a personal trainer and one lady called me tonight and she want me to train her in slow motion. i told her to come down and not to take that BS!!!!!!!!!

Forget about Swolecat and Mr.X!

I expect to make huge gains with the synergistic effects of coupling Dr.Phil, for my diet plan and supplements, and Barbara Walter's as my new personal trainer. Babs has finally shown me how to truly get swole at the gym.

Now all I need is Justin Timberlake to help me with my "chemical" needs!

Remember, Barbara Walters is not a young woman - I believe she's in her mid-late 60's. You should be impressed a woman her age is in the gym lifting, period. After all, that generation of women has never been keen on the whole weight lifting thing.

I hope we're all training with any type of method when we're all 60+.
